System Alignment and Data Integrity

As organisations evolve, systems and processes do not always keep pace. Teams adapt locally to get work done, but over time this can create misalignment. The system continues to operate, but confidence in the information it produces erodes.

Our work reconnects teams to the systems they rely on and restores integrity to the data those systems produce. We do this by defining how information is intended to flow, analysing where structure, definitions, or governance have drifted, and correcting those issues at source.

This includes aligning system structures, master data, workflows, and ownership so different parts of the business are working from the same underlying view of work, cost, and exposure. Corrections are made within existing systems, with controls re-established to prevent regression.

The result is not better reporting for its own sake. It is information that can be trusted across the business, allowing teams and leaders to work from a common system truth.
