Shut Master

Shut Master is an execution and reporting tool built to support maintenance planners, project planners, and construction planning teams. It is designed to operate alongside existing systems of record and scheduling tools, such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, without replacing them or altering established planning workflows.

Shut Master captures task updates directly from the field and provides planning teams with accurate, near real-time visibility of shutdown and project progress. This removes the need for planning teams to chase updates or estimate task progress due to missing field input.

Shutdown, construction, and project execution teams use a simple mobile application to submit task progress, status changes, delays, and comments as work is performed. These updates are consolidated in Shut Master, providing planning teams with a consistent, live view of executed work.

Shut Master exports schedule updates using customer and site-specific templates that planners can import into their existing scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project or Primavera P6. Exports are mapped to the customer’s existing schedule structure, including task hierarchy, coding, and reporting logic, so planners do not need to rebuild or reformat schedules. This reduces time spent maintaining schedules and allows planning teams to focus on supporting execution, reporting progress, and identifying schedule risk.

Shut Master is scalable and configurable to suit individual site and project requirements, including shutdown and project templates, reporting structures, and planner-defined update rules. Shut Master does not attempt to replace systems of record or scheduling tools. It provides a structured bridge between execution in the field and work reporting.
